Smaller Homes in Bigger Numbers: Scaling Up Construction for ADUs

This panel session includes some of the most prolific builders of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in the United States and Canada. Smallworks of Vancouver, BC; New Avenue of San Francisco; and Shelter Solutions of Portland will offer up their expertise in growing and differentiating their businesses within the economic and regulatory constraints of their home territories. 

Each company offers a unique business model with practicable lessons on contractor/designer/client relationships, project delivery and construction efficiency that supports the scaling up of small home construction.
