Biography

Todd is a registered landscape architect, urban designer/planner, and accredited green building professional with experience on the design of urban housing projects and planning for transit oriented development. He serves as a code development planner with City of Portland’s Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. Todd is currently advancing accessibility for all ages and abilities through his work on the City’s Residential Infill Project, an update to Portland’s single-dwelling zoning rules to better meet the needs of current and future generations.
