Making the Case for More Neighbors: Strategies for Passing “Missing Middle” Housing Legislation

This moderated panel discussion will focus on effective communication and engagement strategies for passing legislation – whether it’s state laws or local zoning ordinances – to enable more missing middle housing options. We will hear from elected official, urban planner, and advocate perspectives on communications approaches that find common ground around the need for more inclusive neighborhoods. Panelists will provide their observations on what communications and engagement strategies work and which ones don’t.
