Build Small Live Large 2017 offers three days of small building-related events from November 3-5, 2017.

Friday and Saturday, November 3-4, 2017

FRIDAY: A full day of educational sessions from national experts working on the cutting edge of accessory dwelling unit policy, design and development. Registration includes all sessions, beverage breaks, box lunch and hospitality.

Professional registration rate: $250
Individual/non-profit registration rate: $175

SATURDAY: Optional tour registration for a guided or self-guided tour of ADUs and Small Homes, or a guided tour of Tiny House Villages for the Houseless.

SUNDAY: Classes and workshops. Separate registration is required for this event.

The “Building an ADU” six-hour workshop teaches homeowners and others an expert overview of ADU development: $95. Register for this workshop.

The “Basics of ADU Financing” two-hour class offers homeowners a walk-through of ADU basics and typical financing methods: Sorry, this class is full!
